To submit a post, contact an ACESA board member. Be sure to include contact information with your post, such as name, email, event website or a phone number. This service is provided without cost for eligible events or topics as determined by the following criteria:

1. STEM/CTE events by public, private, home, charter or parochial schools, such as science fairs or technology exhibitions

2. STEM/CTE events by non-profit educators, for the education of children, adults or educators

3. STEM/CTE events hosted and/or sponsored by ACESA member and affiliate organizations, societies or companies

4. Any event or topic recommended by the ACESA board

Event organizers are encouraged, but not required, to make a donation to ACESA for the upkeep of the website and mailing list. By allowing ACESA to distribute the event information, the organizer agrees to have his/her email and name added to the ACESA volunteer mailing list.

At this time, posts cannot include attachments (e.g., PDF or DOC files). Organizers are encouraged to include links to on-line material in lieu of attachments. In some cases ACESA may be able to provide on-line storage of the document allowing it to be referenced by URL

While source material is normally passed on verbatim, ACESA reserves the right to make editorial changes to the material to correct typographical errors, or simplify, clarify or reduce the size of the post. In some cases, ACESA may also post the source material as either a STEM Event or STEM News.

Note that ACESA does not screen or investigate volunteers, nor coordinate when or how volunteers contact the organizer. All inquiries related to the posted event will be directed to the organizer using the organizer's contact information.
